How do I request a Login?
There is a link on the Investor Login page to the request form...fill that out and click on the "submit" button
How do I receive a Login?
We will mail your logonid and password to the address we have on your account (NOTE: for your security we do not email password information)
How do I change my password?
When you log in items will be added to the menu on the left hand side of the screen. One of these items is a link to the page that will change your password. You may change your password at any time when you are logged in.
What if I forget my password?
Tell us by using the Contact Us or Logon request forms and we will remail your logonid and password to the address we have on your account (NOTE: for your security we do not email password information)
How secure is my Login?
At Vestin Mortgage, we value our customers and do everything possible to ensure your security. Every thing related to your login/password and statement is encrypted (meaning it is made unreadable before being sent over the internet, and can only be read by your browser).
Why cant I see my REIT account balance on the web site, as I could previously view my Vestin Fund I or Vestin Fund II account balance?
Since Vestin Fund I, LLC ("Fund I") has merged with and into Vestin Realty Mortgage I, Inc. ("Vestin Realty I") and Vestin Fund II, LLC ("Fund II") has merged with and into Vestin Realty Mortgage II, Inc. ("Vestin Realty II"), they are now publicly traded on NASDAQ. Vestin Mortgage no longer maintains individual account or investor information. Please contact the Transfer Agent(Stock Trans) or your Broker for account information.
Why does my account show zero after I transferred to an IRA or a new account?
When you transfer your money to a new account (for example to an IRA account) your current logon will show a zero balance. This is because your current login was for your original account and not for the new account. If you want to log in with the new account, please request a login (using the link under the login/password on the login page)
How can I view the most recent monthly distribution rate?
To view the most recent monthly distribution rate, click on the fund name (under the heading "Financial Instrument") on the main investor page (the page that shows your balances)
How can I view the transaction history for my account?
To view the transaction history for your account, click on the balance (on the main investor page) for the fund you wish to check. If you have questions, please call us or contact us through the web site (Click "Contact Vestin Mortgage" on the left side, then "Accounting") with a description of the problem.
